To get started, enter your water right number. Your Water Right Number consists of a two-digit area code followed by a serial number. You may also enter an exchange or change application number. Exchange numbers consists of an uppercase 'E' followed by a serial number, and change numbers consists of a lowercase 'a' followed by a serial number. Alternately, you may fill in and submit the PDF version of the affidavit form.
